I had Amtico flooring fitted and a rug/ runner made by Milners last year/this year. I would highly recommend this company as from start to finish my individual needs were listened to and I was also given great advice as to what was most suitable for my home. Staff on the shop floor and the guy who fitted my flooring were professional and went beyond just selling flooring. They cared about what would make my home comfortable and look good. I want to say thank you to such a a great company as customer service of this quality is hard to come by in these current times!

Milners offer a first class service from start to finish. Tony O'Brien was both professional and knowledgeable, with an old world politeness sadly lacking in today's retail experience. Tony kept us informed from the moment of sale right thru to the fitting of our Amtico flooring, nothing was too much trouble. Michael, the flooring fitter, carried out an excellent job despite finding a problem when lifting the old flooring up, he simply re-assessed what was needed and got on with it. The floor looks amazing and we are thrilled with it. We would highly recommend Milners to anyone seeking to buy carpets or flooring, you will not be disappointed with the level of service you receive.

Very impressed with the service from Milners. Good quality carpets, fitted by two extremely professional fitters, laying carpets in four rooms as well as stairs and landing in one day! The door cutting service was also excellent. A good old fashioned company believing in customer service. Will certainly use them again.

My sincere thanks to Milners who sent Mark to change our kitchen floor. He has transformed this house with the care and expertise he put into this job. I could never have imagined the difference it would make - he is gifted, generous, extremely skilled and meticulous. A really good experience - thank you all so much.
