        An excellent experience... my call was swiftly answered and I was invited to take my PC in at my convenience. I took it in same morning and within a couple of hours Repair House had diagnosed the problem and offered solutions. By mid afternoon I'd received a further call to let me know that the agreed solution was complete and that my PC was available for collection. There was a full explanation of the problem, the limitations as to what could and couldn't be done and guidance on what I needed to do next to get fully back up and running (things that only I could do). A top, top service!
