St Stephens House Surgery

My family have used this surgery for almost 12 years and on the whole we all agree that it is a great practice. It is a busy practice but barring one or two instances of poor response which I can barely recall I have got to say off 3 practices I have used this is the best. Keep up the great patient support

I have been going to this GP since I was born and have seen many changes over that time and how they have handled the pandemic. Staff (old and new) have supported my various ailments over the years and I have rarely had an issue with getting same-day appointments for urgent situations- even during COVID! GPs, Nurses, HCAs and reception staff are very personable and take their time with you. I found GPs here very supportive when addressing mental health issues. I especially appreciate Dr Bush always remembering and asking about how things are going outside of the medical problem I would be presenting- she always remembers to ask how my uni studies are going :) I will be sad to not have this practice when I relocate soon.

Never available for appointments when needed. Why do they bother being open.

Absolutely rude receptionists and very racist they should change their attitude They really unprofessional nor organized

Since Covid 19 I have been able to speak to my doctor on a few occasions when I've needed to and have received fantastic care help and advice from her I highly recommend St Stephens house surgery and have been extremely happy with the service since my family and I joined 7 years ago
