I arrived with my two small children for their first riding lesson only to be told by a totally unconcerned member of staff that their lesson had been given to 'regulars'. Not even an apology offered, just shrugged shoulders and a 'that's just tough' attitude.
Lied to me, telling me they had tried to get in touch to cancel. Not a single missed call from them, in fact we had a text message the day before confirming their lesson.
Give this place a wide berth.
