        My Grandad passed away in January and I brought my memory locket here to be engraved. He warned me it would be a risky and difficult job but I decided to go for it despite the risks. The results Im so happy with! He went above and beyond, completely honest it may not work out. Less than 15 minutes later he had it ready to go! Completely recommend.

        John was serving a customer when me and my partner were scanning our shopping, when I remembered I needed my battery changed on my car key. When I went to the counter, John was nowhere to be seen. No way to contact him at all, not even a bell to press to say that we were there. In the end, after standing for 10 minutes, decided to leave. It would be great if there was something where we could alert that you are there or a sign to say that you were on a break
