        After having left 2 messages on an answer phone on separate occasions I eventually got through on a 3rd occasion, only to have the phone put down on me twice. I actually got a verbal answer on the 3rd attempt but the lady on the other end was very abrupt, unhelpful informed me if the person I was trying to get a message to was there she would if not she wouldn't, then put the phone straight down. Came across as very unhelpful, uncaring and disrespectful.
