        Called emailed about HGVs using Wansbeck rd as a cut though only signs one end , o action taken them even though near a first school , plus drains along this road always blocked , payments all broken appaulling, can't be beleave there considering more properties on this run down 1920s Road

        Made me pay 2 person council tax even though I live in my own then when I said I've been over charged, the staff member kept changing the subject. When I was in debt with them I only had two months left to catch up so another 2 months of 40. I barely had any money yet on the 2nd last month they took 40 out my bank. I phoned up and asked why they charged me double and the staff member said "you only had 40 left to pay so we thought you would like it if we cleared your debt asap". I explained that it didn't make any sense because I made it to 20 a month for a reason and I would have rather paid for one more month but the staff member wouldn't have it. Be careful with these people because they won't tell you if you owe them money and will let it pile up until you are stuck in debt with them. Pretty sure I should have gotten the COVID money off them but never did. Probably pocketed for themselves.
