I paid the ground rent by bank transfer on 5th April. On 26th April I received an invoice for the same. I eventually spoke to someone who told me eventhough it was paid they still sent an invoice!! Ridiculous, time taken to confirm payment had been received. Receipt would be more appropriate. This is going to happen every year.
