The Fun Jungle - Ashington

First visit and last! Pulled into the car park where worker was smoking outside the building, went into the fun jungle to find the place packed, managed to find a table but had to rummage for seats. Went to order a drink, waited in the que for 10 minutes to be told it was cash only and had to join another que at the entrance to pay by card. Got our drinks which they had no lids for, the family opposite us had to eat with their fingers until knives and forks became available! A young couple dropped a bowl of beans which they informed staff about and it took 30 minutes for a member of staff to finally clean it up! Toilet cubicles were unable to be locked, the soft play its self was dirty. I dont know if it was just a bad day for the staff or what but it wasnt a good first visit! we didnt end up staying the 90 minites we left after 40 minutes. very dissapointed

Freezing cold and they gave a half shot in a latte. Won't be going back. The tables were dirty as well and it was empty, so they had time to clean them, so makes me wonder if the play area is dirty as well.
