The hospital itself when it comes to care is amazing, my 1 star comes from one of the staff members putting a safeguarding concern in to social services, advising social that I left my children in the car while I took my youngest to get looked at. My other children weren't even with me! They were at home with their step dad! A false accusation that can be so dangerous, malicious! I give no indication at all that my other children were with me, I had no reason to because they were at home safe! I was not asked where my other children were, I had no reason to justify where my other children were! I am waiting to hear from PALs, because this false accusation is disgusting.

I turned up for an outpatients appointment which was stated on the letter I received, I went to book in for my appointment only to be told the appointment was a phone appointment, this then resulted in me missing my appointment
