Dawn and Malcolm are a fantastic couple. When we lost Mam, they were so caring and empathetic. Nothing was too much trouble. We were able to pop in at any time, and were always made to feel welcome. Dawn was determined to get every detail right for the family, and introduced us to Janet, the lovely celebrant who lead the service. At a time when everyone is struggling, the option of a payment plan, to ensure we gave Mam the best send off, was just priceless. Can't thank them enough.

We decided after the death of our son Stephen to go with Dawn Lang as she was an independed funeral director and we couldnt have been more pleased , she was very professional and caring and made you feel comfortable and at ease , helpful above and beyond her profession, would highly recommend, many thanks to Dawn and Malcolm . Dawn is wonderful very kind compassate lady so pleased we went to Dawn for my dad's funeral she looked after him very well and nothing was to much trouble for her and what she did for my mam on day of funeral was lovely will always be very grateful to her for that absolutely first class service thank-you Dawn you are a amazing lady xx
