Cream Curls Ashington

We ordered from cream curls Ashington at about 8.40pm & it didn't turn up till nearly 11.30pm,no one answered phone & no apologies wen the driver eventually got here. Won't b goin back.

Absolutely appalling service, this business has absolutely no customer service skills, this isn't the first time we have had issues with Cream Curls. Its got beyond 20 minute AFTER put order what expected to be delivered and we tried ringing through to the store to get an update, no one picked up, it was harder to get through to Cream Curls than it is to get through to the GP surgery. We rang a total of 30 times and the phone just rang through each time with no answer. It then got to 45 minutes after the delivery was expected and it eventually showed up. There was no apologies for the delays, no updates from the store and was advised the reason it was so late was due to our order being sent to the incorrect address. From here the driver (who we checked, does work for Cream Curls) showed no compassion or customer service skills and just walked off. Company clearly doesn't care about its customers one bit. Food ended up coming stone cold, milkshake was watery Absolutely disgraceful! The worst part is you cannot even communicate with the store for a simple update.
