Ive always had a vision of a colour wedding dress. Melanie was amazing throughout. Great selection of dresses and fab alterations to create a unique dress which was better than I imagined. Melanie also made my hair piece which is gorgeous. Thank you so much!

I had my dress alterations done here, Melanie the owner was lovely and did a fabulous job of my rather large dress. It was lovely chatting during the fittings, she listened to my mini panics and even offered to look after the dog. Thank you x

It's some time since I got married but Facebook posts have just started coming back on my feed and it's brought back my frustration with this shop. Like others have said, it sounds like when all goes well it's fine but if something goes wrong the customer service is appalling and the owner is rude. My dress was faulty at the back which must have been seen at my fittings but nobody thought to tell me or try to fix it before my wedding day. When I brought this up with the owner she was incredibly rude and obnoxious. Avoid.

I can't recommend this amazing bridal boutique enough. From start to finish I was welcomed, made to feel like I was the only person that mattered when it came to choosing and trying on dresses, there was no pressure and Mel made me feel completely relaxed and at ease at a time that could have potentially been very stressful!! After ordering my dress I was kept informed the whole time, and Mel couldn't have been more accommodating with fitting appointments. After I was let down by the person who was originally going to do my alterations, Mel stepped in and went above and beyond, working outside of the usual hours and putting in extra effort to make sure that my dress was absolutely perfect on the day, and it was, all thanks to her amazing efforts! If you're looking to support a local business with a fantastic range of dresses, catering for real women, and a down to earth, friendly approach, this is the place to go!
