It has been on my wish list for a long time to visit Cherubs and enjoy their treatments. All the positive reviews added to my excitement and curiosity about the spa. Unfortunately, I left very very sad and disappointed. Not only did they not pay any attention to it being my birthday (I was asked to fill out a form a day before and I had to state my date of birth there) I was also charged more than agreed. When I asked about the elevated price I was told that it was for the infrared sauna. I was offered to use the sauna after I made the booking but its price hadnt been mentioned even once and I did ask for the total price twice! A full body exfoliation was done only on one side and a massage was actually a gentle stroke even though I asked for a stronger pressure. I drove more than an hour to the spa and I was so looking forward to a birthday treatment which ended up being a huge disappointment and a waste of money!
