        Applied for loan and have not had the decency to confirm if Loan has been accepted or not . Although quick to take the 2.75 admin fee , and 5 to set up a savings account. Would have expected much better customer service than received so far

        Excellent!! Helpful staff. Fast and reliable service. User accounts on website could be improved by allowing you to upload more than one thing at a time however not annoying enough to warrant any less stars. Thank you Northumberland community bank

        They tuck all my kids money when shouldn't of should of only taken so much they left my children with nothing and wouldn't help
