Brilliant service! Came out quickly to try and sort my satellite problem. Tested everything and found the issue to be a faulty Sky Q box. Because he couldn't get me back up and running, I wasn't charged for the call out. Not many companies would do this. Won't use anyone else now for aerial/Satellite problems. Thank you so much!

Contracted with him to replace my aerial after storm Arwen, didnt turn up on time, arrived late in the evening when it was dark to do the job. Completed the job and charged me 40% more than he estimated! As he seemed to have put himself out to come and do the job agreed to pay the increased amount cash in hand! He said he would send me the receipt and didnt chased him 3 times by email and text msg to no avail still waiting for my receipt so I can claim from insurance!
