Certas Energy

Ordered oil almost 1 month ago even though I am on their planned oil delivery scheme, meaning I should never run out. Delivery date was over 2 weeks out which was a push but manageable. Should have arrived 24th Feb 2022. Didn't deliver but said it would be 25th Feb instead. Didnt arrive!!! Its now March 4th 2022, still no oil. No one at Certas answers the phone. I have been on hold again now for 42 minutes with no chance of requesting a call back. We cant heat our home or cook without oil and finally ran dry today, so well and truly up Sh*ts Creek. Thanks Certas you are completely useless.

Just got a quote from Certas of 61 pence per litre for heating oil and was told that the instability in the middle east has caused oil prices to rise overnight (I paid Certas 54 pence per litre in March 19) I questioned the validity of the rise called Darch in Yeovil and bought at 54 pence!!!! per litre shame on you Certas you are gouging.

An awful experience. Ordered on the Monday, requested baby tanker. Came to deliver on the Wednesday with the wrong tanker. Then came to deliver on Monday with the wrong tanker again. They then tell me they don't have a baby tanker! I do not recommend them.

Without doubt the worst company I have dealt with in a very long time. If you telephone half the time they cannot locate your order, refund takes a week. I just wish I could give 0 stars!!!
