Excellent service and advice from Fires and More, nice to receive a straightforward quote, no sales pressure, friendly and approachable team. Installation process was also excellent and efficient, went exactly to plan as arranged, everything was tidied and cleaned up afterwards. Great customer service with this company. Lovely quality product, wood burner made in the UK. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately not a great experience, not quite what we expected when purchasing our dream fire and spending a lot of money on it! I realise problems occur (the flue could not go as planned on the original designs) but surely you work with the client regarding this instead of ignoring emails and then sending emails stating 'well if you did not keep changing the plan!!!'. We then had a problem with the heat rising on the media wall and then got pictues after that identified the problem (although we had requested pictures prior to building the media wall numerous times as we were keen to get it right). I am very much a people's person and out of all the trades we worked with (doing our build) over the last year I found this company the most awkward. The best guys were the fitters who could see we felt let down and did their upmost to sort it even putting the flue into the place we had originally wanted and not the middle of the bedroom as told it would have to go.. I did mention at the end how it had been but this is very much a company that is in the right so I will expect a response putting me in my place but for me this company was a not a good experience. I even thought at one point the guy did not like dealing with a women sorry but this is how I was made to feel.
