        Booked and pre-paid a taxi online 2 days before for pick up at 5pm at my place of work, to then pick up my daughter at her afterschool club and then go home. 5:15 came and they still didn't show. I called several times with no answer. I left a message asking for a call. No call. I had to call and order a taxi from another company and was late picking my daughter up. Outrageous prices as well - 24 for what would have been a 15 minute journey with one stop off within Ashford - Absolutely awful service! DO NOT USE!!!!
