        Refused to pick us up from Sainsbury's and hung up on me twice. No option for 0 stars. They wanted a pick up point so I said the entrance outside Sainsbury's and they just hung up on me. Would not recommend.

        Booked cab, quoted price to canterbury 20 driver confirmed it, paid on card charged me DOUBLE. Only realised when I got phone signal 20mins later. Check the terminal. Sly thieves wouldn't trust them
