Wood Peter Gas Installations Ltd

We contacted the firm early in December about changing our thermostat as they installed the whole heating system for the previous house owners. The earliest they could come and see us was January (which was fine) so an appointment was made. They didn't turn up for the appointment so we contacted them and they said they had us in the diary for the following day. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that we had made a mistake it was arranged that we would see them the following day. The engineer arrived on time and took all the details to provide us with our quote....and we have never heard from them again. We have phoned to chase the quote and left a message with phone number but no-one returned our call. I would much prefer someone to say they don't want to quote / are too busy / job is too big or small than they just dont bother to get back to you. It wastes everyone's time.

We have been using this Company for many years now. Michael together with his excellent tiler Gary Rhodes have just finished 3 reburbs; one was to our downstairs wet room the other two the upstairs on-suite shower room and the main bathroom. What a great job everything ran like clock work on both counts re tiling and fitting of new showers and towel radiators etc. We are so please with all the work carried out and all on time. Cleaned up following each days work so really no mess. I would highly recommend Peter Wood Gas. Thank you lads for a wonderful job.
