Ive come here twice and both experiences were abysmal. They keep you waiting for so much longer than is necessary even when youre clearly in agony. Pharmacist was friendly but the woman behind the till didnt even say hello

Although there are lots of negative reviews on Google about this pharmacy, they mostly seem to be reactive tantrums as opposed to true reviews. I have been to the pharmacy once, late on Saturday evening. Thank you for being open late hours. There was no wait, pharmacist greeted me with a smile, said hello and checked my prescription with me before checking the shelves to make sure it could be dispensed. I was advised of the wait for dispensing, which is typical for an NHS pharmacy (although during the pandemic we have become used to long queues before being able to submit our prescriptions). The script was issued correctly and correctly packaged, and the pharmacist was friendly. While this is a single interaction, please read the reviews over the past few years in the context of an unprecedented pressure from the global pandemic, crisis in all areas of the NHS including pharmacies, associated with a mismatch between resources needed and the resources promised by our government but that were not delivered. Please think about your reviews and takr a mature approach to them, users!

Rude staff that refused to order part of my prescription and told me to go elsewhere even after I told them I was happy to wait a few days.

I couldnt get through to them via phone on a working hour(?!) morning before lunch time.

Extremely rude and unhelpful female member of staff. Found her quite condescending and really disrespectful to my needs.
