Big dog, coat prone to knotting, hates being tidied, very nervous and never been professionally groomed in 14 years. Michelle was extremely sensitive and patient, which gave me the confidence to return for a second visit. Against form second time around he even seemed to enjoy being pampered, so much so, the third visit is booked. Dog and I are very impressed and confident to recommend Michelle.
