        Is a fantastic personal trainer he knows what his talking about, sadly :) if I could I would have he's baby's kept me motivated for over a year and rest pushes you to your limit. 100% recommend.

        Not only are the classes specific and well arranged the personal training is also at a terrific level. In seven weeks Ollie has helped me run from 57 seconds at once to running a mile without stopping in 28 minutes. On top of this he has helped to regulate my breathing so I rarely need my asthma pump, given me tips to increase my stamina at netball, dietary advice and assistance with my injuries.
