I've been seeing Usha for a number of years for various issues - hip and back problems in particular. Like most of us who sit at a desk all week and then over-do it at the weekends, Usha has provided fantastic treatment for all of my various ailments. I had a particularly bad back issue last summer and the treatment she gave me on the day of the incident provided instant relief. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

12 years ago, I injured my back in a motorcycle accident. The pain was on and off all the time. Took lots of treatments and they were only temporary relief. Recently it got so worst that I had to literally lie down to wear my underpants and trousers. It would hurt even to cough and sneeze. Then I visited Osteopathi care at my local gym- with much skepticism, I must admit . To my surprise the symptoms began to disappeared after my second visit. Usha, carefully listen to my case history and my problems and then diagnosed the problem. She also showed me few stretches and exercise and I feel lot better now. The best thing is that I can cough and sneeze and wear my underpants without lying on the floor.. lol!!! Thanks once again to Osteopathi care...

I'd been in pain for many months before going here, now I'm pain free in my neck, shoulder & lower back. Very reasonably priced too. Definitely worth 5stars.

I have been seeing Usha for about 8 years now for different problems, my last being a disc problem in my back. She got me from not being able to move to passing a class one aviation medical in 6 weeks, a fantastic achievement. She is the best medical practitioner I have come across and I would not dream of going elsewhere.
