        Never rely on this store for any returns. Every time I have been (due to no other choice in town) they have come up with some new excuse as to why they cannot take my returns, despite the website stating they do. This after carrying heavy items there on foot. Avoid at all costs. Also, the location is not where the map shows - its inside the shopping centre towards the back.

        Always come here to collect my parcels and have a quick chat. The product selection has improved a lot. Would not hesitate to use again

        Just unbelievably rude in here, avoid at all costs. Sworn at in a language that sadly the owner didn't realise I understand for no reason at all (perhaps he was having a bad day) Very simple Yodel transaction dealt with horrendously. Just don't bother with this place.

        Rude owner!! Always refuses to pay out on winning scratch cards, saying he doesnt have cash. Im not the only one thats experienced his arrogant manner either. Complete liar! He should have the rights to sell them taken away if he wont pay out.
