        Been coming for about 3 weeks now as something to do when off from work, Warren and Ben are great with teaching and very down to earth, I actually really like coming as its something to focus on, Ive since stopped smoking to improve my cardio. I feel that each session I learn something new and things are explained to me In intricate detail. Very pleased and definitely intend to continue training for the foreseeable future at vale tudo.
