We recently had a stable block installed having worked with Clare at Chart Stables through numerous variations as we changed our mind quite a few times!! The stables are perfect and I am sure in no small part to the changes which work really well for us. I have to thank Chart Stables for their patience with me - great customer service from start to finish and a good quality building - our horses couldn't be happier!!

Customer service.there is none! Theyre happy to take your money but when issues occur due to their miscalculations they are happy to blame the transport company and the customer for damages that have occurred. The boss is only interested in your money as he basically said as had we asked them to build the stables the damage would not have happened! The owner was responsible for how the stables were loaded. They also failed to tell us upon purchase it would need significant help to unload this end. It wasnt until the transport company contacted us on collection day we were advised this would be the case. We had previously had a fantastic experience from this company under its previous ownership, where the stables were easily unloaded with a manitou in no time at all, we have been going 3 hours now with 4 big men and an appropriate vehicle and only half way through! If I have have known this information I would have gone to another company who actually care about their customers! I certainly will not be a returning customer and would not recommend them to anyone else.

Chart delivered and erected a mobile field shelter and stable last week. We paid a little more for this than the competition as the spec was more substantial. We are delighted with the result. Dealing with the company was excellent and the erection team were charming and efficient. Absolutely no negatives. Nick Williams. Pirbright, Surrey.

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I literally cant say enough good about Chart Stables. The attention to detail, the quality of the workmanship and all of the staff at Chart make this just a first class firm to work with. There is no need to look anywhere else. You wont get better. If youre ordering for self build - this is not a company I would recommend. Disappointing to say the least. If no stars was an option that would be the choice. Patronising and worse than poor in their customer service communications. New owner clearly only interested if the stables are being erected by his company as stated had you paid the extra 20% we would have fitted them for you. As a client we were guided by the supplier as they supposedly have the experience after years of manufacturing. Having spent over 30,000 once the load was on the lorry they were keen to wash their hands of any issues which had been caused by the loading instructions insisted upon by the owner. If youre ordering for self build - this is not a company I would recommend.
