Ashford Lasers have been absolutely brilliant! Darren is so responsive and has been so helpful with getting my files ready for laser cutting to ensure it all works well, guiding me through Coreldraw issues. I can't recommend them enough. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and they are a pleasure to work with.

Darren at Ashford Lasers is great at what he does, he's patient and willing to go above and beyond to help. He designed and made my packaging perfectly with little to no help from me as I was unable to use design software to create it myself. Highly recommend Ashford Lasers, they're the best!

Paid thousands for white foam to be laser cut and bonded together for an expensive product . It came and the adhesive was yellow /brown and uneven ,we could not use the foam. The response was its not their fault its the adhesive ( that they used and supplied ) strange response .... waste of money !! Having reading the response Im even more confused. Yes you did advise of burning to the white foam , so we agreed to do a sample to make sure this did not happen I PAID FOR THE SAMPLE and this was perfect. So we agreed to go ahead with the job. At no stage did I ask you to purchase an adhesive - this is your job I gave you a sample to recreate ...I paid the invoice and you delivered in October , the same day as my mother in Spain died. Yes I have been away for a couple of months - sorting family matters. The products came poor - uneven cutting , brown / yellow glue everywhere ( all over the foam like a child had done ) I paid double from my past supplier due to you saying you could do quicker. I have since returned to my old supplier and they are perfect and half the price. I reached out to advise you of the issues and you advised its not your fault ???? ( I paid you ) All I wanted was an apology but instead all I got was grief saying its not their fault. Thanks again
