NFU Mutual Ashford

04.05.2023 I have just added Foreign Touring to my annual car insurance policy with NFU. Much of the process was carried out over the phone which for me is difficult. I am deaf and have a serious problem communicating using this method. Nonetheless, the process was made possible by my being dealt with by a very patient, understanding and helpful lady, Isobel Browning, without whose aforementioned qualities I might, in desperation, have sought cover elsewhere. I am a New Zealander needing several months insurance on my 2 vehicles I have dealt with the NFU for a number of years through the Tenderdon branch service I received this time on my return in March was excellent. Annette pulled up my previous records and made the whole processing seamless .

We've had our insurances with the NFU for many years and have always found them to be prompt in their responses and very helpful. Emily responds in record time - can't fault them. Highly recommended. :-)

I contacted NFU to compare their house insurance quote with a company I have been with for the last 20 years . Annette was extremely professional and informative and offered a quote substantially better than I was being offered by my insurance company . One is often told to compare insurance quotes and I have to say this proves it !
