I was lucky enough to experience a hypnotherapy session with the amazing Paula Emmens a couple of months back. This was the first time I had ever tried hypnotherapy, I kept a very open mind and I was intrigued to see if it could be helpful for me. Paula is the kindest, gentlest soul I have ever met, she really does care and is extremely reasuring, relaxing and calming. The session was amazing, I totally went off to a new place in my mind and I came away feeling different. Since then I have been thinking far more logical and way less anxious. I have made amazing progress with myself and new doors are now opening up to me. I have shut a few doors too which really did need to be done to move forward. I just want to thank Paula for the opportunity to learn a new skill and for opening my mind to new possibilities. I would definitely recommend this service to all. We all need a Paula Emmens in our life!

I have had a long term issue that after a few hypnotherapy sessions has improved significantly. Excellent service with lovely people. I would highly recommend their services.

I can't thank you enough for the incredible results after B's therapy sessions. He's already more confident and worrying far less. He looks forward to your sessions every week and is always keen to tell me what little 'tool' he's learnt. I just wish every child could experience these sessions with you. The world would be a much happier place! I will be recommending you to everyone we know. Thank you again Paula.
