I visited this salon in Ashford today and was impressed with the service I received. The staff are highly professional and provide an exceptional experience. I felt really welcomed as soon as I walked in and the staff were friendly and happy to discuss my treatment options. During the appointment, the hairdresser was patient and checked with me to see if I was comfortable with the amount of hair being cut. This made me feel more relaxed and confident in their abilities. The salon itself was also really nice and clean, which is important to me. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get to. Overall, I had a great experience at this salon and I will definitely be returning in a few weeks time. This has become my go-to salon in Ashford. My hair feels and looks amazing thanks to the talented staff at this salon. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming, and enjoyable hairdressing experience

Karine and Rebekka are both very friendly and explain what they are doing and give you options. Very helpful and kind people, I always feel comfortable when I go here (I'm normally nervous getting my hair cut - but not here). :)

I went to get a haircut last week. I was attended by the very nice owner who cut my hair. She ensured me that there were no men in the salon that day as I do hijab and wouldn't have gone if there were men there. I did not get what I had asked for - layers with front bangs. I was told it wouldn't go with my hair type (slightly curly, fine hair). This is the cut I had previously and I was looking to refresh it. The hairdresser just cut my hair in a straight line at the bottom, which frankly I don't really like. I feel like Hagrid! She gave me very little volume in the front as the bangs she cut consist of only few hair strands. I even asked her to cut some more, but honestly not a 100% satisfied. I also got face wax, which was done nicely. She was very gentle and polite - I did get some burns on my face because she had to go over a few times to get rid of the fine hair. I also BADLY reacted to the wax, where its been over a week and I still have the itch. The rash resolved in 5 days but the itch is persistent. The salon is not to be blamed for this at all, as I do react to most skin products and wax, so I would not put this on the salon rather on my hypersensitive skin. I may not go back for haircuts. But the place is okay for waxing if someone would want to go!
