The Park Club Ashford - Gym & Leisure Centre

After repeatedly reassuring me that their contract was very easy to cancel should there be any changes to my employment status or place of residence, I have had to jump hoops with them and their debt collectors just to get out of their contract - despite being applicable for both of the aforementioned break clauses mentioned in the contract! so basically, they sold me the contract under false pretences! Avoid this company and go to the gym over the road! That gym has far better terms and conditions on their contract, is cheaper, and is open 24 hours!

After the changes they made recently on contracts they gym has been very busy, most of the time there are no free equipments. Also the equipments they have are very old and worn out some of them cold break at any time. The safety for the people is very low when busy due to how crampt it is. They should change the contract back to what it was so its not as busy or busy some more equipments.

The gym itself is decent, although most of the equipment is old and limited. The staff are great though. Unfortunately the company that deals with the memberships and cancellations is a nightmare and rip you off if wanting to cancel.
