Have dealt with two of their staff regarding JSA and they have both been extremely helpful and friendly, unlike my last dealings with JSA over 3 years ago when they were most unhelpful almost to the point of being rude. Their attitude and manner towards those of us unfortunate enough to be out of work, through no fault of our own, is far greatly improved.
