TK's Fish & Chips Ashford

Fantastic customer service, Fantastic food! I was passing through Ashford a few weeks ago and called into TK's to get some food. Unfortunately, I arrived at closing time. To my absolute delight, the TK's team were welcoming and friendly. They went out of there way to meet my order, despite me interrupting their clean down routine. When I tried the food it was fantastic. Perfect in every way! The chips were particularly good - crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. I don't usually do reviews but I am so impressed with TK's, I felt I had to give feedback to the amazing job they are doing. I will definitely be returning next time I am in Ashford. Great job, TK's team!

Order took 15 mins when should of took 5, staff rushing around when wasnt busy, Forgot the curry sauce, when I called to tell them member of staff was very rude, claiming they where under staffed and didnt apologise ! NOT AGAIN

Really disappointed with the standard of food. 5 for a quarter burger, missed off cheese, no sauce and it was tiny. Chips were ok but the cod bites were very greasy so much so that we couldnt eat them. Had to wait a long time for the meal and the service was below standard over priced compared to others. I wouldnt recommend

We ordered food from TK for food to be delivered at 4.30pm at 5.05pm I phoned them to ask where our food was I got told 2 different reasons why it was late, when food got hear it was cold and disgusting the chips looked thay thay was days old and the sausage look hrs old and the burger was look disgusting, buy the time we got our food it was 5.45, we will not be going there again
