Terrible experience, live chat are impotent, Andrew the Customer Service Manager just doesn't bother to respond to complaints.. The " new " website is as bad if not worse than the old one. Obviously the company went for cheap n cheerful with the new site as it srill has loads of bugs.which have still not been ironed out what the hell are the tech guys doing, pretending to be like BankmanFried ?... The interface is NOT intuitive and still won't let me withdraw after being assured by the head of security and compliance that it is all up and running....7 hours of wasted time later. I'm still in the same situation .Use this company at your peril.
