        I received outstanding customer service from Karen at the Ashford outlet store in Kent. The dress I bought was the wrong size when I got home and Karen immediately posted out the correct size and texted me with regular updates. Its rare to get this sort of service excellence these days. I will be shopping with confidence at KL again. Thankyou so much Karen. I am delighted!!
