Fantastic customer service. We had an issue with our two year old AEG washer dryer that prevented the door being opened. The customer service members we spoke to at least three or four (on separate calls) and the engineers could not have been more helpful. Our door wouldn't open even with an engineer visiting so they couldn't obtain the serial number to verify our warranty. Despite this they took our word for it and ordered parts in anyway. They were professional and helpful throughout. Exactly what you need from a service provider.

Not happy. Repair booked on 9 April. Ashbridge confirmed they had the part available and booked the repair visit very promptly with the tenant at the property. They decided the part was not available after all (it's available from spares companies, but not from the original manufacturer), but there was no communication back to me -- I had to call them to find out what was happening. They are supposed to refund part of the fixed-price repair fee if they can't fix the machine, but it's 2 May and I'm still waiting. So, to summarize: I paid 130 and have no repair, no communication, and no refund.
