        Absolutely atrocious. Rude, arrogant, ruined 2 items and took 4 months to get them back at our expense. Now have to pay someone else to do the job we paid this woman to do, and she was the most expensive.

        I have started legal proceeding against this company as she has refused to communicate with me. She has ruined my new wardrobe I took to her for alteration. Whatever you do DO NOT GIVE HER YOUR CLOTHES SHE WILL RUIN THEM!
