Hollington Surgery

very bad communication, been trying to get a doctors appointment for 4 days for my 2 year old who has seen a pharmacist and spoke to 111 and said he needs to be seen by a dr as he needs extra medication but I cannot ever get a call back or an appointment its disgusting and now my 2 year old is suffering because I cant get him the medication he needs!!!

I think this surgery is brilliant, I have never had a problem with getting an appointment. The staff are all friendly on the phone and in person. I have only ever spoke to one Dr but she was so thorough and genuinely caring, I didn't feel rushed on the phone. Keep up the great service

The surgery isnt bad at all some of the drs and decent some not so good. There is a lovely nurse there he is very lovely!!! The receptionists bare one! are amazing and Lauren is worth her weight in gold she is a lovely lovely young lady that goes above and beyond shes always happy to have a chat and ask about your life, shes genuinely the nicest lady that truly cares for people. Hope she never leaves the surgery as it wouldnt be the same without her

Dr Mohammed, may he RIP, provided extremely high standards of compassionate care, as indeed did his predecessors in this long established practice. I unreservedly recommend this surgery if you can get on the list.
