Horrible customer service, I bought a kindle earlier this afternoon and Jamie from the staff wasn't friendly at all,he told me his name was Jamie . He made me pay the money before he brought the item to the front and I asked him a question if I wanted to return it back? He said to me that I have 30 days to return it and one year guarantee. After few hours I checked it out at home I found out that the setting of the device isn't operating properly. I went back to return it and the same guy was there, he was rude to me and he didn't want to refund my money back and I asked for the manger he refused to call the manger and he said he will call security to kick me out from the store. Very bad customer service I highly don't recommend.

Much better than smyths, easy to click and collect and never had to return any faulty items.
