APS has a outstanding service toward the service users and all employees.Having worked with them, .they see are second to none.Staff are well trained in professional way, grievances are listened to and corrected accordingly. They upholds strong values on promotion of health to staff and service users as well as promoting autonomy. Lastly, their pay rates are on higher compared to others companies within Kent. You can never regret working with them and getting your support from them.

Staff responds well in my care and they have kept me safe. I receive my care and staff are good in with communicating and help me in my emotional well-being. My medical needs have been attended by the manager refering me to People who help me in my health. Staff give my 1:1 support on time and help me budgeting my money and encouragement of buying healthy food.
