      • Emi O

        The two guys that work there are the rudest, most ill-mannered and unhelpful staff members I have ever encountered. Not sure why they are there as they are always talking to someone on their phone and basically not bothered to do their job. MINUS points for their customer service.

        Customer service is awful. My partner needed a new gas card so we could heat our house and bathe our disabled son, this is the only place locally that could do it and the woman on the counter more or less admitted she couldn't be bothered to do it as it interupted her using her phone. Avoid at all costs.

        Awful. Have a drop off station with Hermes but the guy behind the till cannot communicate and evidently does now want to be taking returns.
