One Stop

Very rude member of staff. Whenever I've gone in there and asked for my parcels, she has such an attitude, and it's true, it all depends on her attitude how you'll receive your parcel! I asked for my parcel at the till and then she rudely asked me to step to the side, the shop floor was quite busy, so I waited to get my parcel, but then she had the cheek to roll her eyes at the customer behind, just because I asked if I can have my parcels... I've been here for over 6 years and there have been sone lovely staff over the years, she by far the worse!!

Very rude customer service , racist behaviour. I was talking to my friend and the lady shouted at me saying I should come closer to him while I talk to him, I didnt end up purchasing from the store.

Very rude member of staff, obviously doesn't like/agree dealing with Hermes parcels. ALWAYS grumpy!! Wont always take the parcels. Depends on her mood!! Shame because quite a nice little shop just put off by MISERY GUTS!! Yes, you and your colleagues ALL know who you are!!
