Costa Coffee

Two very rude staff. Couldnt wait to get rid of us at the counter so they could continue their conversation. There wasnt even a queue. Got my order wrong then pressured me on whether I wanted them to change it. Not a pleasant experience.

I decided to stop off for a cappuccino at Costa in county Square Ashford. I was feeling very tired after I over done it following an operation. The service was great and I was welcomed by the manager Claire I believe her name was. Professional, kind and very helpful. She could tell I looked tired and needed a rest spot. She was so helpful and made sure I got served quickly and was comfortable. To be honest feeling exhausted and over doing it, Costa was a great place to stop at for a bit. Claire came over to the table to make sure I was ok to see if I needed anything else. I decided to try the reindeer cup cakes whilst I got my energy levels back up. They were so delicious! Ive been back here a couple of times and the staff always welcome you with a smile, especially Claire the manager. What a great team!

Was .a but in the slow side they was doing orders for delivery and they seemed to be more important than the people queuing
