Dustys Cleaning Services

I found this company online as they advertised as covering Essex. Things started shakily, first cleaner sent to us had never cleaned before, her first day cleaning our home was her first ever cleaning job, gave her a chance but honestly was a terrible cleaner. Then got another cleaner who was excellent but sadly based in Kent. We have subsequently been promised a new cleaner who covers Essex but to no avail? Why advertise as covering an area if you have no cleaners in that area? The cleaner we were promised hasnt showed up 2 weeks in a row and Claire the owner has been unresponsive. Im not sure what to do but would not recommend this cleaning company especially if you live in Essex. Service: Cleaning

Arranged to clean holiday let in Canterbury, spent a long time arranging how it was all going to work and how they were going to be reliable clean twice a week and supply cleaning products including all the shampoos and soaps etc. . Daybtheybwere due to start suddenly texted to say they wont be able to do the contract.
