Jasmine Take Away

I literally love Chinese it's my fav and I honestly felt like I had found my favourite restaurant to order from. I made an order which 15 mins later arrived I was pleased it was so quick... The food was piping hot as well. Started to eat and I said to my husband that the crispy chilli beef didn't taste right, he had scoffed his but eating it in with other bits on his plate. I thought maybe it was just me....nope it wasn't the meat was rotten smelt like rotten eggs and certainly tasted like it too, after taking the meat out my mouth it was grey in colour. I called and was told basically no one else had complained I honestly felt like I was being called a liar, so I decided to take it to the restaurant. The woman behind the counter told me it smelt fine I was insulted by this point and demanded my money back for my entire meal which I could not eat after being sick twice and now totally put off Chinese. I had always recommend this takeaway to family and friends. Maybe they could have handled the complaint better but then maybe I should have just gone to the food standards agency.

A few of our chicken ball was not cooked properly and one of the children started to get it and we look at it and it was not cooked what so ever the chicken was but the batter was all leaking out of it still

What went wrong? If there was a no star option I would have chose that. Egg fried rice has never seen a wok its cooked in a rice cooker then egg added so was like pudding rice. Crab meat and sweetcorn soup was laughable see the picture.they have just added a cheap crab stick. Worst Chinese food Ive had in ashford and also very expensive avoid.
