        Mobility friendly, With caring staff, I had the absolute pleasure to have been shown around the store by Alison, Picked out a lovely three-piece settee, which was delivered at a convenient time for me, 5stars service.

        Good experience. Called them and book on the spot the day and items that needed to go. No hussle. Crew was polite and cheerful. They even took some stuff that i mistakenly did not alert the charity about.

        The staff at this store went above and beyond when my sofa would not fit up the stairs of my town house. They returned the sofa to the shop, they found the arms came off, redelivered and one member of staff even visited to re-attach the arms. Couldn't have asked for a better service! Nicola.

        I was here looking for a chest of drawers instead of having to buy a new set. Turns out at the prices this shop charge i will instead be buying new. Its a shame.
