Tried to get a valet but encountered one of the most abrupt and rude people I have yet spoken to via the phone who told me there was "nothing amazing I can do for your car, it's just a liquid wax we put on." Then went on to mention that specks on the bonnet I mentioned (without even viewing the vehicle) were probably 'stone chips' and "there's nuffink I can do 'bout that, mate" [sic] Very disappointing response for someone who just bought a luxury vehicle and wanted to give it some special treatment. [Edit] In response to owner's response: Official definition of 'abrupt': "brief to the point of rudeness; curt." Definition of rude: "offensively impolite or bad-mannered." I was cut off or overspoken on every sentence. Not once was there an attempt to sell services or paint the company in a good light. Also - I said I would phone back as I was so appalled at the disgusting stance of the owner that I simply wanted a way to end the call instead of resorting to returning the rude attitude. I have worked in the customer service industry for years and this company could do with plenty of training in this area.
