No Staff. click and collect not fulfilled as they couldn't find items. Shocking customer service. Will never go back

Popped in today, first time in a while. What a disappointing visit. From outside the whole building needs a freshen up, considering it's a DIY store, bit embarrassing. Inside was no better, felt like we needed a torch to find our way round. Didn't buy anything, couldn't wait to leave

1 item short. Tipped trolley over in doorway, no staff helped. Reported inwards door not working, had to force open with hands. Staff not interested. Won't be returning.
